Market purchasing trade mode on the base of professional market price advantage,by loosening trade access,electronic trade process,and improving transaction infrastructure,improves trade efficiency and reduces trade cost,to attract overseas buyers and professional trade intermediaries in the professional market gathered themselves together,and helps small businesses among professional market do international trade.Market purchasing trade mode can release the excess productivity of SMES into the international market,thus stimulating the vitality of the professional market,promoting the expansion of the scale,scope and efficiency of the professional market,and driving the development of the regional economy.Market purchasing trade mode was firstly piloted in Yiwu,which accelerated the internationalization process of Yiwu professional market and achieved great economic benefits.However,in the subsequent pilot markets,the development was quite slow.Based on the above research background,this paper attempts to analyze what factors influence the evolution of market purchasing trade mode,what causes the uneven development of promotion,and how to promote the promotion of market purchasing trade mode.On the one hand,this paper,on the basis of the new classical trade theory,analyzes the evolution of market purchasing trade mode,firstly puts forward the research hypothesis of the evolution of market purchasing trade mode,and secondly introduces the new classical trade theory,and then builds the labor structure model of the evolution of market purchasing trade mode,according to the market purchasing trade mode chooses division of labor structure,on the basis of different division of labor structure analyzes equilibrium of market purchasing trade mode to verify the research hypothesis,and deduces the promotion condition of market purchasing trade mode;On the other hand,based on the pilot market this paper researches the promotion of market purchasing trade mode,first of all,makes the overall analysis of the promotion of the market purchasing trade mode,points out the problems in the promotion,and explores the fundamental reasons for the uneven development of the promotion.Secondly,taking Yiwu small commodity market as an example,introduces the pilot status of Yiwu market purchasing trade mode,analyzes the evolution process of Yiwu market purchasing trade mode,analyzes the measures taken by Yiwu to promote the market purchasing trade mode,and summarizes thereasons for the successful promotion of Yiwu.Finally,combining evolution analysis and case analysis,the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for further promotion of market purchasing trade mode.Together,market procurement trade way evolution is mainly determined by the endogenous production efficiency and the endogenous transaction efficiency,the relative size of the endogenous transaction efficiency determines the development stage of market purchasing trade mode,the relative size of the endogenous production efficiency influences the development process of the market purchasing trade mode,the basic promotion condition of market purchasing trade mode is obviously the endogenous comparative advantage;The imbalanced development of promotion of market purchasing trade mode lies in the low efficiency of endogenous production and endogenous trade in most pilot markets.To promote the promotion of market purchasing trade mode,it is necessary for state and local governments to improve endogenous production efficiency and endogenous trading efficiency by taking measures from industrial foundation,professional talents,trading system,supervision system and infrastructure.
