This paper aims at discussing the problems and reasons in the selection of grass-roots managers in Hefei Branch of CCB,and putting forward relevant optimization measures and policy recommendations.The survey found that CCB Hefei Branch has not paid enough attention to the competency standards of grass-roots management posts.The description of many responsibilities is not clear.The current selection system of grass-roots management posts in Hefei Branch of CCB is difficult to meet the scientific requirements of modern human resources management.The main problems are as follows: the selection process tends to be formalized,the establishment of grass-roots management posts is unscientific,and the career planning of employees is neglected.According to the research criteria,the reasons for the problems in the selection process of grass-roots managers in CCB Hefei Branch are discussed in detail and in depth,which are as follows: the competency criteria of grass-roots managerial posts are not clear,the scientific criteria established by CCB Hefei Branch are ignored for a long time,and most of the time they are at the procedural level;the incentive effect of performance appraisal is not strong,and most of the performance appraisal criteria and staff performance are measured,and CCB Industry is not satisfied with the setting of the current performance appraisal standards of banks;the lack of post training for grass-roots management,serious formalism,training has not really been implemented,and the training curriculum system for grass-roots managers has not yet formed a three-dimensional system;the imperfect communication platform and the lack of corresponding mechanism in Hefei Branch of CCB hinder the knowledge,experience,technology and information within banks.Dimission hinders the comprehensive development of bank employees,leading to the loss and waste of internal resources.The selection of grass-roots management posts is very important for the development of CCB Hefei Branch.The bank should improve and optimize the selection system of grass-roots management posts and select suitable talents for banks.It is necessary to scientifically comp ile job descriptions for marketing staff and determine competency quality models suitable for grass-roots managers of Hefei Branch of CCB.Based on the competency model,this paper puts forward the optimization measures and relevant safeguards for the selection of grass-roots managers in Hefei branch of CCB.
