Supplier management has become increasingly important in the development of modern enterprises,many suppliers management activities have become the core part of enterprise management,the traditional supplier management is to optimize the activities based on supply chain management,but the use of the value creation theory of supplier management in the value creation activities of research is rare.If we combine the theory of supplier management with value creation theory,and study the supplier management value chain from the perspective of market and customer demand,we will open up a new perspective for the research of supplier management.This paper based on the theory of the current system of supplier management and value creation,combined with the actual situation of a current,using the method of questionnaire investigation to obtain real data,summarize the existing supplier management problems,puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of value creation pointed out when the necessity of supplier optimization before the commencement of the large manufacturing enterprises.First,it expounds the value chain theory and value added method,the theory of enterprise supplier management,the management of enterprise supplier and the selection strategy of enterprise supplier evaluation.Second,evaluate the current situation of supplier management of a company,and point out the existing problems.First,introduce the current situation of supplier management of a briefly,evaluate and investigate the supplier management of a company,and two,elaborate the problems of supplier management in a company.Third,put forward the optimization of a supplier management,including the importance of supplier selection,optimization of supplier management strategy and quality management of suppliers.Based on the investigation of a company,we find out some loopholes and drawbacks of enterprise supplier management.Based on that,we investigate and study the problems of supplier management and evaluation,so as to solve the current urgent problems that companies need to solve.Combined with the current reality of supplier management in domestic manufacturing enterprises,the theory in literature is applied to research practice,guided by a company's supplier management and evaluation objectives,and the best solution decisions can be found as far as possible.
