Supplier is an important linking in supplier chain management,how to establish good relations of cooperation between of core manufactures, Multinationalcompany have comprehensive utilization of supplier chains ideas and methods to strengthenand improve the management of their own suppliers management, and use those ways toguide to create an agile and competitive supplier base to achieve win-win strategy for eachother.This thesis is the further study on supplier development and management based onKMTS. This thesis introduce the current supply chain and supplier management situation,theory and methods, analyzes KMTS company develop new supplier process and methods,put forward and use AHP methods to establish the supplier evaluation and selection system,and also use in KMTS flange suppler to example the process. Classify the commodity forsupplier in ABC ways and detail methods; make a different management strategy for differentcommodity supplier. Analyzing KMTS existing supplier performance evaluation situation andcombing with KTMS new ERPLN system to optimize the performance index to achievedynamic management.
