In recent years,the competition between liquor enterprises represented by Luzhou laojiao has become increasingly fierce,which also prompted more and more enterprises to pay attention to the problem of strengthening internal management.Logistics as an important part of enterprise business,the level of logistics supplier management will affect the overall efficiency of logistics business.Therefore,how to control logistics suppliers more effectively has become the core issue that most enterprises must deal with,and the same is true for Luzhou laojiao.Therefore,how to further strengthen logistics supplier management of Luzhou laojiao is very worthy of in-depth study.Taking logistics management of Luzhou laojiao as an example,this paper firstly summarizes the research background and significance of Luzhou Laojiao logistics business,the status quo of domestic and foreign supplier management research,and the research content and methods of this paper.Secondly,it sorts out the theories related to logistics supplier management,analyzes the advantages of outsourcing and the risks brought by logistics outsourcing,analyzes the theories related to supplier selection,performance management and relationship management,and discusses the common supplier management methods,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research of this paper.Then,it analyzes the development process of Luzhou laojiao logistics model and the current situation of Luzhou laojiao logistics business.And on this basis,it points out the deficiencies in the existing logistics operation model of Luzhou laojiao company.In particular,it analyzes the problems existing in the management of Luzhou laojiao logistics suppliers.Next,the article points out that in the process of the management of logistics providers,the enterprises shall,first of all,manage related business through the perfect organizational structure,and establish a set of perfect evaluation system.In addition,the enterprise must establish the classification,and classification management mechanism,in order to distinguish between different suppliers way of cooperation.The enterprises should make full use of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism to better influence the improvement of service quality of suppliers and improve their performance,the enterprises should also create good conditions for cooperation between enterprises and logistics suppliers and achieve win-win cooperation through internalmulti-department coordination,financial support and informatization construction.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions: the choice of the third party logistics can not be subjective,nor should it be arbitrary,and a perfect evaluation system should be formed.The management of logistics suppliers should be a complete and continuous process;It is essential to improve the management level of enterprise supplier.
