Study On Rural Tourism Development In Zhangqiu District Of Jinan City

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,problems such as shortage of land use,traffic congestion,and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious,and the quality of urban ecological environment has gradually declined.More and more urban residents are beginning to yearn for green mountains and green waters.When they return to the countryside to experience the natural scenery and folk customs of the countryside,they are also relaxed.This has also spawned the emerging tourism model of rural tourism.Rural tourism is a combination of the two major industrial types of agriculture and tourism.It is not only conducive to the development of rural areas,but also to the leap of tourism industry in rural areas.As one of the tourist attractions of Jinan,Zhangqiu District has rich tourism resources,including the scenic natural landscapes of Qixingtai and Baimai Spring,as well as the historical and cultural landscapes of the Mountain Wei.The Jinan Safari Park and the Thai King Water World,suitable for children to play,have diversified tourism resources and can meet the needs of tourists of different ages.However,due to the late start of rural tourism in Zhangqiu District and the single development model,it faces a series of dilemmas,such as unscientific planning,imperfect development management mode,single rural tourism product type,lack of localization elements,insufficient propaganda,insufficient sustainability and fewer professionals.In order to further promote the development of rural tourism,the Shandong Provincial Government has formulated a series of strategies to implement the rural tourism revitalization project.Zhangqiu District should pay close attention to policy opportunities and combine regional characteristics and local cultural elements to create branded rural tourism projects.Based on the overview of rural tourism concept and experience economic theory,sustainable development theory and tourism life cycle theory,the writer used SWOT analysis to identify the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by rural tourism development in Zhangqiu District.Through the questionnaire survey of tourists and community residents as well as field survey interviews,the main problems of rural tourism in Zhangqiu District are identified.Through the questionnaire survey of tourists and community residents as well as field survey interviews,the main problems of rural tourism in Zhangqiu District are identified.Finally,suggestions from seven aspects: planning and design,strategy formulation,model selection,cultural prominence,propaganda strategy,rural management and personnel training provide an important theoretical basis for the development and development of rural tourism in Zhangqiu District.
