Employee training is an important link of enterprise human resource management and an important way to improve the level of human resource management.With the development of mobile Internet and mobile devices and the continuous improvement of enterprise informatization,employee training under the learning environment of WeChat platform emerges at the right moment.Because of its low cost,fast content update,flexible way,strong timeliness and other advantages,has gradually been favored by enterprises.In the era of information explosion in the mobile Internet,if only holding the traditional training thinking,may eventually be abandoned by The Times.This paper,based on the perspective of using the willingness and satisfaction,employee training on WeChat learning environment influence factors were discussed,based on the analysis summarized the related classic theories and models,filtering and modify the classic scale,this study established the questionnaire scale,and employee training under the WeChat learning environment is constructed using the model of the influence factors of willingness and satisfaction.In the process of exploring the influencing factor model,the basic information of trainees,learning time,training performance and other behavioral data received in the WeChat learning environment were recorded and analyzed to analyze and summarize the basic characteristics of training and learning behavior of employees in the WeChat learning environment.Through research,this paper finds that the willingness and satisfaction of employees' training in WeChat learning environment are significantly affected by perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived interestingness,perceived sociability,self-learning management and community influence.WeChat is an instant messaging interactive tool,and WeChat learning environment is characterized by fragmentation and community.Therefore,this paper introduces the factor of perceived sociability,and proves that it is also the main influencing factor of employee training willingness and satisfaction under WeChat learning environment.WeChat learning platform is very simple to operate,and with the continuous update and upgrade of technology and the continuous improvement of the system,the training and learning experience of employees in the WeChat learning environment is constantly enriched and improved.Therefore,compared with other factors,perceived ease of use has less impact on employees' willingness to use and satisfaction in the WeChat learning environment.Found in this article,through analyzing the sample data,operation is simple,because WeChat learning platform with democracy,fragmentation,repeat,sustainable,and a community such as "the media" the characteristic,has the unique learning advantages,and can provide good training experience,different age and education level of employees to WeChat employee training can be a good learning environment to accept and use.This paper also records various learning data of employees participating in staff training in the WeChat learning environment of survey samples,hoping to provide some reference for future research on staff training in the WeChat learning environment.
