Nowadays,the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents,and the strategic development of enterprises is inseparable from talents.Training is an important aspect of human resource management in enterprises.Through training,the performance of employees can be effectively improved,so as to effectively improve the efficiency of enterprises.As a new generation group,post-90 s employees' satisfaction with training can reflect the problems existing in the current corporate strategic strategy and training management process to a certain extent.The existing traditional training methods can not fully apply to the new generation of post-90 s employees,so the effective training for post-90 s employees is very important.This study takes the post-90 s as the research object,from the perspective of the characteristics and satisfaction of post-90 s employees,to study the influencing factors of post-90 s employees' training satisfaction.First of all,according to the domestic and foreign references about the influencing factors of training satisfaction,combined with the characteristics of post-90 s employees,the influencing factors of post-90 s employees' training satisfaction are extracted.There are two aspects,one is the organizational level,the other is the personal level.The organizational level includes six dimensions of training system,training course,training method,training time,training environment and training effect,and studies and analyzes the correlation among the dimensions of training satisfaction;the individual level studies the influence of individual variables,including the influence of different gender,different industry,different culture,different working years and different positions,and studies the influence of individual variables on training satisfaction The impact of training satisfaction.According to the relevant scales at home and abroad,we designed a survey of post-90 s employees' training satisfaction,using SPSS software for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and other research and analysis.Through the empirical research,the conclusion is drawn,the hypothesis is verified and the hypothesis model is modified.Finally,according to the characteristics of the post-90 s employees,according to each dimension of the organizational level and individual different variables,the corresponding enterprise management strategies are put forward in order to improve the post-90 s employees' training satisfaction status,so as to improve training satisfaction,improve employee performance and work efficiency,effectively reduce employee turnover rate,enterprise employment risk and cost,and improve business performance The practice of enterprise management provides useful reference.
