| With the "The Belt and Road" strategy proposed and implemented,leading international construction machinery enterprises continue to enter the Chinese market,China's construction machinery enterprises continue to try to enter the international market through mergers and acquisitions,restructuring to achieve international development.To gain a foothold in the fierce international market competition,enterprises need to learn from and absorb the world's advanced technology and management experience,improve the level of technology and management,and improve competitiveness.Inventory management is an important link in the operation and management of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises.Reasonable inventory level can timely meet customer service,reduce the cost of inventory management,speed up the flow of capital,and finally bring good economic benefits to enterprises.The main purpose of inventory management for construction machinery manufacturing enterprises is to rationally optimize the inventory management methods,keep the inventory level within a good range,reduce the inventory cost and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,from the perspective of safety inventory management optimization,specific inventory control strategies suitable for LW heavy industry co.LTD.are proposed in view of the existing problems in LW heavy industry co.LTD.The specific research contents are as follows: this paper firstly introduces the development background of construction machinery manufacturing industry.Secondly,it reviews relevant researches on safety inventory management theories at home and abroad.On this basis,it describes the inventory management problems of LW heavy industries co.LTD.analyzes its existing problems and conducts on-site investigation and analysis on inventory management of LW based on these problems.In view of the main problems in LW heavy industry co.Finally,the feasibility of this optimization scheme is verified and summarized. |
