Now,employees' working environment has undergone great changes,the working environment is becoming more and more dynamic and decentralized(Frese & Fay,2001;Grant & Parker,2009).In order to keep pace with global competition,technological change and innovation development,more and more organizations rely on employees to take their way to make changes to adapt to this new situation,rather than the staff strictly enforce been defined tasks(Grant & Parker,2009).Because organizations need timely respond to changes in the external business environment and market opportunities in this dynamic process,the staff is constantly evolving tasks and change(Hartog & Belschak,2007).These changes require new employees to adopt a flexible role,to deal with the uncertain environment,in order to play a better role in a dynamic and a discontinuous operating scenarios.Therefore,individuals need to clear themselves of career goals,take the initiative to update the knowledge on the road reserve career development,expansion of skills to enhance capacity to meet changing work environment and job requirements and work time to seize the opportunity.In this study,future work of self,proactive career behavior,job resources,job engagement to understand the behavior of individual career development.A clear future work captures individual self-expectations of future career development,this expectation played a "compass" in career planning,encourage employees to adopt more proactive professional conduct,such as the accumulation of a variety of vocational skills,seek more aspects of career counseling and assistance,with a view to achieve self-career goals.Based on the "work resource model theory" "resource conservation theory",and actively take the initiative of individual behavior will lead to increased job resources,and increase the resources and ultimately enhance the work of the state.This preliminary study detailed literature review on the concept of connotation and four related research study variables were explained and finishing,and through "selfregulation theory," "resource conservation theory","theory of social resources," "Job resource model theory" to theoretical basis deep,to form the corresponding theoretical framework.Subsequently,empirical data collection and hypothesis testing: the electronic questionnaire study ways to distribute them to different levels of development employees in Shanghai,Kunming,Zhengzhou and other places,and finally 239 valid questionnaires,response rate was 91.92%.Finally,the application SPSS20.0 and M.PLUS7.0 software,descriptive statistics,scale reliability and validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis of the first order,second order reliability and validity analysis,regression analysis,structural equation model checking,etc.verify the theoretical hypothesis of this study.By testing and analyzing empirical data,the study concluded that:(1)future work have positive effect on the self-initiative of professional conduct and work put into that higher level of individual self for future work can produce more active and professional behavior a higher degree of job involvement;(2)take the initiative to work with a professional conduct resource positively predict that higher levels of active professional conduct of the individual able to produce more work resources;(3)work resources have positive effect on job involvement,namely We have more resources to work individuals will have a higher degree of job involvement.(4)active professional behavior and work resources mediates in relationships and work into the future work of the self.In this study,the conclusions of the individual employee career development planning has played a reference and guidance.At the same time,business managers also provides a new way to enhance employee productivity: that managers can create certain conditions for those employees who take the initiative of professional conduct(for example,arrange guidance supervisor,increase skills training opportunities,etc.)to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees self so that employees can focus more on investment in the current work,improve job performance.
