Research On GIS Application In Audit Of Natural Resources Assets

At present,the audit of natural resources assets is gradually carried out nationwide.However,the specific content of the audit of natural resources assets is not clear,and there are many special difficulties in the audit of natural resources assets compared with the traditional audit work,so that it is not enough to cope with the traditional audit method.With the rapid development of GIS,it provides a good tool to overcome the difficulties in the audit of natural resources assets.This paper is mainly devoted to solving three problems: first,defining the specific content of natural resource assets;second,analyzing which problems GIS can be used to solve;third,studying how to use GIS to solve these problems.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts and elements of natural resource assets audit and GIS,analyzes the theoretical basis of GIS application in natural resource assets audit,studies the applicability of GIS and natural resource assets audit,and expounds the necessity of GIS application in natural resource assets audit.Secondly,based on the relevant specific laws and regulations,this paper summarizes the specific content of natural resource assets audit,and analyzes the application direction of GIS in different natural resource assets audit combining with the characteristics and advantages of GIS.Taking the audit of land resources assets in the audit of natural resources assets as an example,this paper studies the specific application scheme of GIS in the audit of natural resource s assets.Finally,taking the specific situation of a city’s land resource assets audit as an example,the application scheme and program method of GIS in natural resource assets audit are further studied.This paper systematically studies the audit process of natural resource assets audit and the implementation path of applying GIS to natural resource assets audit.Through the study of relevant laws and regulations and departmental rules and regulations,the specific audit content is explored innovatively.On this basis,the general applicability of GIS in different natural resource assets is explored,and the application direction and scheme of GIS in natural resource assets audit are analyzed.And through the application of this technical route in the audit of land resource assets in city a,the advantages and necessity of GIS in the audit of natural resource assets are confirmed.The audit of natural resources assets is a new star in the audit work,and its theoretical research is not complete.GIS is a kind of complex information system.It has a strong specialty to apply GIS to the audit of natural resources assets,but it is very important for practical work.This paper has a certain practical value for the application of GIS in the research of natural resource assets audit,and also makes a summary and supplement for the theoretical research of natural resource assets audit.
