Rose is a kind of woody plant of Rosaceae,which integrates beautification,greening,edible and medicine.It is widely planted in China,including North China,northeast,northwest,southwest,South China and other regions.It is an important economic crop.China is also the main rose producing country.In China,there are many rose trading markets,including Yunnan Dounan flower trading market,Shandong Pingyin rose trading market,Fujian Zhangzhou flower trading market,Gansu Kushui rose trading market,etc.,with annual trading volume of more than 5 billion pieces and trading amount of more than 3 billion yuan.However,due to the influence of climate and other conditions,rose prices have certain volatility,which brings greater risks to rose growers or traders.At present,there is only traditional agricultural insurance for rose,but this insurance only covers the risk of rose planting,not the risk of price fluctuation.In order to provide rose growers with a new way to hedge risks,and to expand new types of insurance,this paper discusses rose price index insurance,analyzes its feasibility,and then puts forward the actual scheme of insurance products.In the aspect of feasibility study,this paper mainly analyzes from the following three aspects: first,rose planting and market transactions in China,including production,planting area,market scale,price fluctuation,research and analyze the advantages of price index insurance and the necessity of rose price index insurance.Second,the rose price index market needs to be analyzed.First,we use Eviews software to process a large number of production data and price data from the four levels of market demand,supply side,policy and technology,and analyze the feasibility of relevant price index insurance by studying the relationship between Rose price fluctuation and average price in recent years.Thirdly,HP filter is used to extract the trend.In this paper,according to the historical transaction price data of roses,the trend sequence of rose transaction price is obtained by HP filter,and then the monthly compensation is obtained by comparing the actual sequence and the trend sequence.Finally,the average monthly compensation rate is regarded as the pure risk loss rate,and the corresponding surcharges are referenced based on the pure risk loss rate The base rate of the insurance can be obtained by using the rate.After analyzing the feasibility of rose price index insurance,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of rose price risk,mainly using HP filter to analyze the price risk.According to the analysis results of HP filter analysis model on price risk,further design and improve the insurance products to improve the preciseness and practicability of rose price index insurance.Using the model analysis,in the aspect of optimizing rose price index insurance,this paper mainly discusses the insurance coverage,rate determination and other aspects.After that,this paper designs the rose price index insurance product scheme,and analyzes the advantages of the product and the promotion strategy of the product.At last,the conclusion is drawn that rose price index insurance is feasible.This paper also puts forward the following four suggestions to promote the implementation of rose price index insurance in China: first,strengthen the propaganda of rose price insurance knowledge.2?
