In recent years,the frequent occurrence of large-scale floods has caused a large number of casualties and property losses,seriously affecting the people's production and life and the orderly development of society.Once a flood disaster occurs,how to quickly and effectively distribute flood control materials to the disaster area is an important guarantee for flood fighting and rescue work.In the process of distribution of flood control materials in multi-supply points and multi-demand points,it exists two situations that the disaster site has many flood control materials distribution routes and the actual processing capacity of the flood control materials at the disaster site is constantly fluctuating,so how to select the optimal distribution route for each disaster site and simulate the dynamic change of the actual handling capacity of flood control materials in disaster sites are two key issues to be considered in the flood control materials distribution process.Based on the two problems above,we establish a multi-supply points and multi-demand points flood control material distribution system dynamics model,and simulates it with a real case to verify the validity of the model.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance,analyzes the research status of flood control materials and emergency materials at home and abroad,puts forward the main research contents of this paper.Secondly,this thesis puts forward the comprehensive evaluation index and calculation method of the transportation route of the disaster-affected materials.Thirdly,the calculation formula of the actual demand rate of the materials at the disaster site is proposed.Fourthly,with the system dynamics method,taking the comprehensive evaluation index of the transportation route of the disaster site and the actual demand rate of the disaster site into account,we establish a multi-supply points and multi-demand points flood control materials distribution system dynamics model.Finally,we carry out simulation experiments with the use of 2017 flood disaster that happened in Ningxiang,Hunan Province.At the same time,we analyze the influence of distribution route selection,inventory adjustment time and delay time on distribution efficiency,it proves that the model is effective and practical.The experimental results show that the model can simulate the multi-supply points and multi-demand points flood control materials distribution process,which has certain theoretical significance and reference value for the optimization of multi-supply points and multi-demand points emergency material distribution system.
