Work and family are the two most important parts of the life,and they are relative closely.Moreover,the family supportive supervisor behaviors(FSSB)and work-family gain have always been the hot topics in academia.Studies have shown that FSSB can have an impact on the behavior and attitudes of employees,and thus have an impact on their work-family productivity.Nowadays,with the development of economic rapidly,FSSB and work-family gain have drawn more and more attention.How the enterprises coordinate the work and family relationship reasonably and effectively determines the rapid and steady development of the enterprises.Therefore,based on the background above,this study explores the impact of FSSB on the work-family gain,and verifies the mediating effect of positive-affection and border-control between the FSSB and work-family gain,and the moderating effect of work-family centrality between FSSB and work-family gain.First of all,through combining the domestic and foreign literature,this thesis concludes the research results of FSSB,work-family gain,positive-affection,bordercontrol and work-family centrality,clarifies the theoretical ideas of the related researches,and then presents the breakthrough point and research assumptions,and constructs the theoretical model: the effect of FSSB on work-family gain,using positive-affection and border-control as the mediator variable and the work-family centrality as the moderator variable.Secondly,this thesis includes a questionnaire which was designed by drawing on some mature scales at home and abroad,and 152 valid data are collected by handing out the questionnaire.This thesis also applies several kinds of software like SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 to accomplish the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and to test the relationship between variables,and to confirm the mediating effect of positiveaffection and border-control,and the moderating effect of work-family centrality.The empirical conclusions are as follows:Firstly,FSSB and their sub-dimensions have a significant positive impact on work-family gain.Secondly,positive-affection plays a mediating role between FSSB and its subdimensions and work-family gain.Thirdly,border-control plays a mediating role between FSSB and its subdimensions and work-family gain.Fourthly,work-family centrality has a negative moderation on FSSB and its subdimensions and work-family gain,and the more work-family centrality,the relationship between FSSB and work-family gain will be weaker.
