Research On Supply-side Structural Reform From The Perspective Of Residents' Demand Upgrade

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradictions between the people's increasing needs for a better life and inadequate and uneven development.From the perspective of consumption,the existing supply cannot meet the needs of residents' consumption structure.How to further deepen the supply-side structural reforms,make up for the shortcomings,increase the effective supply of the market,continue to meet the growing consumer demand of residents,and promote the upgrading of residents' consumption structure are the main tasks we face today and in the future.Consumption,as an important means to meet the needs of the people,needs to adapt to changes in the main contradictions of society.Since the reform and opening up,China's economic and social development level has been greatly improved,and consumer demand still plays an important role.At the same time,we need to adhere to the concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and shared development.The consumption level,consumer goods market,and consumer behavior have undergone drastic changes,leading to the accelerated development of related industries,but the market supply cannot keep up with changes in consumer demand.High-quality goods and services cannot meet people's needs and restrict the upgrade of consumer demand.From the perspective of consumption,the contradiction between the people's increasing living needs and imbalanced and inadequate development is that the current quality of products supplied cannot meet the needs of domestic consumption upgrades,economic growth,and people's good lives.With the proposition of supply-side structural reform,it is particularly important to satisfy people's growing consumer demand from the supply side.Supply-side structural reforms are driven by high-quality consumer demand,and demand is led to innovate supply.Give better play to the leading role of quality consumption and speed up the formation of new supply and new impetus for economic development.By summarizing the main characteristics of the changes in consumer demand in China,analyzing the supply-side constraints that restrict the upgrade of consumer demand,and then based on the analysis of the reasons why the existing supply cannot meet the upgrade of consumer demand,the author proposes to stimulate the supply side by upgrading consumer demand Suggestions on structural reforms.According to the changes in household consumption,we will promote supply-side structural reforms by increasing effective supply,improve the quality of supply,satisfy the needs of the broad masses of the people,and promote sustainable and healthy economic and social development.
