Research On Structural Reform Of Anhui Supply Side Under New Economic Norm

Since the reform and opening up,with the high investment,high energy consumption,high export rate of short-term stimulus demand management,Chinese economy maintained nearly 40 years of rapid growth,successfully entered the ranks of middle-income countries.But sustained high growth did not bring about the simultaneous improvement of economic growth quality,mainly in the structural contradictions prominent.New economic norm indicates that China has entered a new stage of development,demand management based on demand side perspective has been unable to meet the objective needs of new forms of development.The structural reform of the supply side is a major measure to adapt and lead the new economic norm,it is the main driving force for improving the efficiency of China's economy.Anhui is in a critical period of transformation and development,in the context of China 's economic growth shift,vigorously promote the economic restructuring,pre-policy policy continues to be excessive.It is the key for Anhui to actively adjust the economic structure,improve the production relations that are not suitable for the development of productive forces,break through the limitations of development,and realize the increase of the economy from the quantity to the quality of the economy.After combing the concept of structural reform of the new normal and supply side of the economy,first of all,the quantitative analysis of the status quo of the structural reform of the supply side in Anhui is carried out.The results are as follows: by analyzing the total factor productivity of Anhui's economic growth,the study shows that capital,labor force and land are still the important factors driving economic growth in Anhui.Consumption and extensive development are still the main means to obtain economic development.Anhui economic growth structure is still not reasonable;Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to divide the stage of economic transformation mode change in Anhui from 2000 to 2015,the results show that Anhui has been in the stage of economic development mode change in 2000-2006,in the initial stage of change in 2007-2015.From the situation of the whole study period,the transformation of Anhui's economic development mode is on the rise,but the change rate is relatively slow,which shows that the transformation of Anhui's economic development is a long-term process.Combined with the growth of Anhui's economic growth,population changes,the demand side and the supply side of the management of the degree of emphasis on changes in the macroeconomic features and factor costs rise,the decline in investment yields,corporate innovation power shortage micro-foundation,we can further clarify the new economic period in Anhui New changes in economic development.Using the theory ofgrowth,inflection point theory,convergence hypothesis and natural rate hypothesis we can explain the theory why economic entry into the new normal state.Based on the dynamic change of AD-AS curve,we can explains the theoretical connotation of Anhui supply side reform.And combined with the reform of the economic environment,the reality of logic and supply side and demand side management differences,we can further explain the inherent logic of Anhui supply side reform.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the structural reform of Anhui supply side from the macro and micro angles respectively.In the special period of economic development,we should actively adjust the industrial structure and employment structure,grasp the innovative development strategy,strengthen interregional cooperation,and in the micro-field we should firmly implement the "go to production,inventory,deleveraging,reduce the cost,make up the short plate" supply side of the structural reform requirements,and finally achieve sustainable economic development in Anhui.
