Analysis Of The Motivation, Path And Market Concentration Of The Integration Of The Real Estate Industry In My Country

Industry integration is an important embodiment of industry progress in a certain sense.As the pillar industry of China's national economy,the real estate industry is currently in the transition from a high-speed growth stage to a stable growth stage.With the further deepening and refinement of the regulatory policies,the industry has entered a new round of integration.This thesis explores the integration of China's real estate industry from the aspects of motivation,path and trend of industry integration,and provides some enlightenment for promoting the orderly integration of China's real estate industry based on the experience of developed countries and regions.First of all,establish the logical framework of writing and discuss the theoretical basis of real estate industry integration,define the basic concepts.Secondly,by analyzing the relevant laws of real estate industry integration in some developed countries and regions,and comparing with the development stage,industry concentration and integration of key resources of China's real estate industry,this paper leads to the motivation of China's real estate industry integration,including the macro level,industry and enterprise level.Then the paper analyzes the path of real estate industry integration,including spontaneous scale expansion,M & A between real estate enterprises and strategic alliance of real estate enterprises.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper analyzes the concentration of China's real estate market.Finally,from two aspects of policy and real estate enterprises,this paper provides countermeasures for promoting the orderly integration of the real estate industry.The innovation of this thesis is reflected in the following aspects: Based on the experience of developed countries and regions,combined with the theory of industrial organization such as SCP paradigm,SPSS is used to analyze the motivation of real estate industry integration in China;from the reality of China,the specific path of real estate industry integration is summarized;countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the possible problems in the process of industry integration.
