Financial Analysis Of Wuliangye Company Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

In the history of China for more than 5,000 years,liquor plays an important role.In recent years,by the national policy,industry environment and other factors,the liquor industry has entered a depth adjustment period.With the rise of mass consumption,the competition in the entire liquor market is fierce and the concentration of the industry is increasing.Therefore,in a complex market competition,it is important to comprehensively analyze the enterprise and help the enterprise managers to correctly recognize the current situation of the enterprise and make reasonable decisions.Wuliangye Yibin Co.,Ltd(stock code: 000858,referred to as Wuliangye liquor company),as one of the leading enterprises in China's liquor industry,has steadily increased its performance in recent years,and is still the second in the liquor industry.Therefore,this paper will use the Harvard analysis framework to make a comprehensive analysis of the Wuliangye company from the four dimensions of development strategy,accounting policy,financial analysis and prospect prediction,in order to find out the problems existing in Wuliangye company and put forward effective suggestions.This article is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,including the background,research significance,current research situations,research contents,research methods and innovative points.Chapter two mainly analyzes the defects of traditional financial analysis methods and the contents of Harvard analysis framework.The third chapter is the analysis of Wuliangye company's strategy,PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model are used to analyze the liquor industry at macro and micro levels.And SWOT analysis is used to analyze the actual development strategy of Wuliangye company.The fourth chapter is the accounting analysis of Wuliangye company,it is mainly to judge whether the quality of the company's accounting information is reasonable by evaluating important accounting indicators of the company's financial statements.The fifth chapter is the financial analysis of Wuliangye company.The financial analysis module analyzes the five aspects of solvency,profitability,operating efficiency,growth development and cash flow,at last draws analytical conclusions.The sixth chapter is the prospect analysis of Wuliangye company,analyzing the prospects of the liquor industry and Wuliangye company.The seventh chapter and the eighth chapter are suggestions and conclusions.Through analysis,it is found that Wuliangye company has reasonable accounting policy,Good profitability,Low financial risk and strong growth capacity.However,it still has problems such as the lack of competitions in the high-end market,the low operational efficiency of assets and need to improve the asset structure.Based on the existing problems of Wuliangye company,the following suggestions are put forward:improve the fund use efficiency,use of the degree of financial leverage reasonably,adjust the policy of credit selling,promote efficiency of assets,upgrade the product structure,making full use of the Internet,and and build up talent reserve.
