Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of Village Financial Management System

The development of rural economy is closely related to the soundness of the finance management of village committees.A sound village-level financial management system can better promote the healthy and orderly development of the rural economy.While at present,village-level financial management in some areas of China is usually not perfect.If the government neglects the finance management of village committees,it will not be able to identify its problems and not to proactively take effective measures to solve the problem in time,which will hinder the development of the rural economy and the stability of society in a direct way.Also,the fact that now we are at the key period of the construction of socialist new countryside and at the vital stage of our country's economic development makes it necessary to strengthen the management.How to safeguard the security and profitability of the collective assets and to protect the interests of villagers has become a problem the village committee must face.Selecting Xinfa Street Office,a Sub-district Office in Chiping County,Shandong Province as an example,this paper has carried on the research to the village level financial management.Based on the status quo of the village-level financial management in Xinfa Street Office,this paper discusses problems existing in the management system,carries on detailed analyses of the causes,and puts forward a series of measures to optimize the implementation so as to promote the rapid development of rural economy and social harmony and stability.Aiming at tackling problems existing in the management of rural collective funds,assets and resources,especially in the management of collective funds,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for relevant financial management personnel.
