Research On The Measurement Of Urban Green Coordinated Development In Hebeiprovince

With the deepening of China's urbanization process,city clusters have developed rapidly and gradually become an important driving force of economic development.At the same time of rapid development,environmental problems have become prominent.Many cities have problems such as haze,environmental pollution and resource shortage,which have become the shackles hindering the development of city clusters.To solve these problems,we need to vigorously promote green development.According to the government work report of 2019,green development is an inevitable requirement for building a modern economic system and the fundamental solution to the pollution problem.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the green development level and coordination degree of the city in order to further promote the green development of the whole region.Taking eleven cities in hebei province as the research object,this paper firstly introduces the green development theory,defines the concept of green development coordination degree,and then analyzes the green development status of eleven cities in hebei province in recent ten years.Then from the economic growth,resources conservation,environmental governance,green living four aspects to establish the index system.The entropy method is used to determine the weight,and the green development level of each city is comprehensively evaluated.On this basis,the coupling coordination degree model is built to evaluate the green development coordination degree of each city in hebei province and analyze the evolution trend of the coordination degree.A grey relational degree model was constructed to calculate the inter-city coordination degree between cities in hebei province and the reference cities with Beijing,tianjin and shijiazhuang as the reference cities,and to analyze the factors of inter-city disharmony in the development process.The empirical study found that,from the perspective of urban interior,the main factor affecting the green development level of cities in hebei province is the level of environmental governance.The coordination level of green development is on the rise on the whole,but the increase is not large,and there is imbalance in the structure of green development,and there is potential for further improvement.From the perspective of cities,the green development levels of chengde,handan,hengshui and qinhuangdao changed significantly,indicating that the green development levels of other cities were relatively stable in the past decade.Moreover,the main factors that lead to the difference in green development level among cities and the uncoordinated development are reflected in the two aspects of environmental governance and green life.Cities in hebei province generally have the highest degree of coordination with Beijing,and have shown an upward trend in the last four years.The coordination between cities in hebei province and tianjin is weaker than that of Beijing,but it is more stable.The coordination degree between ten cities in hebei province and shijiazhuang fluctuated greatly after 2012,and the coordination degree decreased somewhat.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results and the current situation of green coordinated development in hebei province,the paper puts forward to give play to their respective advantages and make up for their shortcomings.Strengthen internal coordination and promote cooperation among the main bodies;Improve their own strength,narrow the gap between cities;Suggestions on strengthening city cooperation and promoting coordinated development.
