| Under the background of global economic integration and the coordinative development of China,Russia and Mongolia,the regional logistics industry plays a role in promoting economic growth.Logistics integration is an important part of regional development.The level of regional development has become a measure of a country's overall national strength and One of the important signs of modernization.Nowadays,China vigorously advocates the “Belt and Road”policy to promote the in-depth development of global foreign economic and trade cooperation and establish the “China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor”,which can give full play to the economic complementarities of China,Mongolia,Russia,and Russia,and explore the space for cooperation between the three countries.And trade potential have important strategic significance for the economic development of the three countries.With the acceleration and improvement of the logistics infrastructure in China,Mongolia,and Russia,the demand for logistics in the region has been continuously generated and increased,and the scale of the logistics industry has been continuously expanded,which has greatly enhanced the capacity of regional logistics.To a certain extent,the level of regional logistics capacity and the development speed of regional logistics affect the economic development and industrial structure of the countries in the region.Because China,Russia,and Mongolia have different development states,the allocation of basic resources varies greatly between regions,and the regional logistics capabilities of China,Mongolia,and Russia are also different.Therefore,in the context of the "Belt and Road" era,this article first consulted a large amount of data in the dissertation research.The writer summarized various research approaches,research contents and results of both Chinese scholars and foreign scholars by studying their works.Combining with the existing academic researches of regional logistics,regional logistics comprehensive capacity evaluation,regional logistics influencing factors and evaluation,and regional logistics synergy evaluation,the regional logistics capacity evaluation system is constructed from the following three aspects: economic foundation,industrial foundation,and social foundation.The macro data corresponding to the indicators from 2010 to 2018 wereselected to analyze Mongolia,China,and Russia using the principal component analysis method,and then the country's regional analysis results were comprehensively reviewed.Combined with the results of the study,the comprehensive capabilities of China-Mongolia-Russia regional logistics are analyzed and evaluated.According to the results of the above-mentioned regional logistics comprehensive capacity evaluation,the indicators in the data of China,Mongolia,and Russia were subjected to MATLAB program calculations.The standardized matrix obtained was subjected to quantification of closeness,and the weights and entropy values were obtained.Ranking comparison,so we can clearly see the ranking of each logistics indicator,that is,the factors affecting the logistics capacity of China,Mongolia,and Russia,and the analysis of time evolution.According to the results of the logistics capacity evaluation,Russia had a strong logistics capacity before 2014,but due to the rapid development of China's logistics industry in recent years,the logistics capacity in China has greatly improved in 2016 and after,and it has occupied a dominant position.Since the introduction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,its logistics capabilities have improved.According to the evaluation and analysis results of the influencing factors of regional logistics capabilities,GDP is the main factor affecting the regional logistics capacity of China,Mongolia and Russia.For Russia,container terminal throughput and transportation services are the main factors affecting its logistics capacity.This can provide a basis for the following recommendations.Finally,based on the China-Mongolia-Russia-Mongolia regional coordinated development and their respective functional positioning,so as to better promote China-Russia-Mongolia regional logistics coordinated development.Based on the evaluation of regional logistics capabilities,by constructing a China-Mongolia-Russia regional logistics synergy model,the 17 indicators related to regional logistics capabilities are calculated and analyzed,and the development process and coordination degree of China-Mongolia-Russia regional logistics are obtained and determined.The main factors affecting the coordinated development of China-Mongolia,China-Russia,and Mongolia-Russia regional logistics were put forward.The added value of newly registered enterprises and industries is the main factors of development regional logistics capacity of China and Mongolia,countermeasures and suggestions for improving China-Mongolia-Russia regional logistics capabilities were provided to support the coordinated development of logistics in the region.For example,China has cultivated talents and developed 5G technology;Russia hasincreased cooperation with other countries;Mongolia has strengthened the construction of infrastructure to increase trade with other countries,increase its mineral industry exports,and ultimately make research on regional logistics capabilities More in line with the actual needs of regional development.In the evaluation of China-Russia-Mongolia regional logistics capabilities,this article can directly read the information through the ranking by ranking the logistics indicators of various countries,which has a certain degree of innovation.In view of the differences between China,Mongolia,Russia and Russia,it can be shown not only through quantification.It can also put forward relevant policy opinions and suggestions on the economic,trade exchanges between China,Mongolia,Russia and Russia,so that the trade cooperation between the three countries can achieve mutual benefit and win-win on the basis of complementary advantages. |
