Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Of Changjitu Regional Logistics Capability Under The Belt And Road Initiative

In 2013,general secretary Xi put forward the Belt and Road Initiative,namely “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”.It is fully rely on China and relevant countries existing multilateral mechanisms,and with the help of the existing and effective regional cooperation platform.Jilin province as one of the 13 nodes of the silk road economic belt,Hunchun-Changchun-Manchurian-Russia-Europe as the northern of Silk Road Economic Belt,constructing the window open to the northeast Asia is its important strategic position.Changjitu development and opening-up pilot area as the core of northeast Asia region and northeast region new growth pole,making full use of the national top level strategic “B&R”,to find a suitable ascension path for Changjitu area is good for the rapid growth of regional economy and the overall competitiveness.The thesis mainly studies the ascension path of Changjitu regional logistics capability under the Belt and Road Initiative.Firstly,by analyzing the relationship between “B&R” and Changjitu strategy,we can find the similarities and differences of both,to explain that “B&R” influences Changjitu Area.Secondly,Based on “B&R” cooperation,namely policy,roads,trades,currency and people,it determines the regional logistics capability evaluation index system.Thirdly,building principal component analysis appraisal model and constructing the comprehensive evaluation function,analysis current situation and influencing factors of Changjitu regional logistics capability under “B&R”.Finally,using the factor rotating to screen the main regional logistics capability evaluation index and the TOPDIS method to calculate potential matrix of Changjitu regional logistics capability,to explore the ascension path of Changjitu regional logistics capability under “B&R”.The thesis aims to provide some theoretical basis for the Changjitu Area to promote its economic growth and the competitiveness,meanwhile,at the end of the thesis will put forward some insufficient and the future outlook.
