Research On The Impact Of Rural Financial Development On Farmers' Income Growth In Shaanxi Province

The issue of farmers' income has become the focus of many scholars' research.Rural financial development is an important tool to promote the growth of farmers' income.More and more scholars have focused their research on the relationship between the two.However,most of them is based on the macro-level national level,and it is relatively rare based on the provincial level.This paper chooses Shaanxi Province as the research area,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis research methods to study the impact of rural financial development on farmers' income growth.First,read lots of literature and explain the research theory,including the concepts of the research object,such as peasant income,the explanation of related theories on rural peasant income.Analyze the rural financial development;finally,organize the collected data and select a number of indicators to establish a research index system,select an rural financial development and farmers' income growth in Shaanxi Province.Based on the empirical analysis Suggestions were made.The scale of rural financial development in Shaanxi Province,the efficiency of rural financial development,the structure of rural financial development,and the strength of fiscal support for agriculture have a significant positive effect on the growth of farmers' income in Shaanxi Province.The impact of peasant income growth is a negative inhibitory effect.According to the research conclusions,the following suggestions are given:expand the scale of rural financial institutions in Shaanxi Province should lower thethreshold for granting loans to farmers and township enterprises while ensuring their normal operations to meet the capital needs of rural development.To optimize the structure of rural financial development,rural financial institutions in Shaanxi Province should give sufficient financial support to local township and village enterprises,which will make the rural financial structure promote the income of farmers to a certain extent.Vigorously develop agricultural insurance.Agricultural insurance plays an important role in compensating farmers for losses and helping farmers resume their production and livelihoods.It is also an important measure to protect farmers' income.
