Study On The Impact Of Algeria-European Union Association Agreement On Algerian Foreign Trade

In this paper,I studied the impact of the Association Agreement between Algeria and the European Union on Algerian foreign trade,and the Association Agreement with the European Union is part of the Barcelona Project,which was called for by the European Union Group with the aim of developing cooperation relations with countries of the southern regions of the Mediterranean,to create a region of prosperity Long-term joint.The study focuses on the issue of partnership between Algeria and the European Union and is considered one of the topics that occupied an important area of research interests and experts because of its great impact on expanding the areas of international cooperation to achieve sustainable development led to increase the chances of achieving world peace and thus achieving stability in the world.The study aimed to try to address the issue of European partnership,its causes,what are the stages of reaching it,its effects on Algeria economically and socially,the benefits it provides for developments and disadvantages,how to benefit from experiences,knowledge transfer,and technological development,as well as the latest in the past ten years.I also touched on the free trade area and its legal status,in addition to adapting the customs system to the partnership agreement,the effects of customs dismantling on the balance of public finances and the trade balance.We also discuss the objectives,advantages and disadvantages and the impact of the partnership agreement between Algeria and the European Union on the Algerian economy,especially on foreign trade.Through this study,we concluded that the European Union is seeking to establish a partnership with Mediterranean countries to expand its global influence and fortify its marketing positions,but the stated goals have made the Mediterranean region one of the distinct areas for establishing the partnership,which had a very high ceiling in The global economy,and the study also found that the partnership between Algeria and the European Union was not a strategic choice,but rather was a reaction to the economic transformations taking place in the world and the commercial method adopted by Algeria.
