Over 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made progress in all aspects.Especially in recent years,with the advancement of "Made in China 2025" and "Belt and Road",Chinese manufacturing enterprises have ushered in new development.In retrospect,Chinese companies' understanding of operations stays in the primary stage.On the one hand,they increase revenue through scale expansion,and on the other hand,they reduce costs by reducing expenses.Guided by this business philosophy,Chinese enterprises have achieved remarkable results.However,with the continuous change of the operating environment,many companies are now facing a difficult growth situation.How to get rid of this dilemma? Improving operational efficiency has begun to become a breakthrough for Chinese enterprises' management innovation.The sales organization,as the carrier of delivering value to customers on behalf of the enterprise,determines whether the enterprise has the ability to meet the requirements of stakeholders and create value for customers.NINGBO SUNNY OPOTECH CO.,LTD's sales business process optimization research focuses on the reconstruction and optimization of key sales business processes to achieve continuous growth in performance.First,this article talks about the theoretical basis and background of the paper,then talks about process reengineering,process optimization theory and business process management theory,and then uses the performance-importance matrix theory to find out the key processes in the sales business process of NINGBO SUNNY OPOTECH CO.,LTD.They are the sales quotation management process and the sales order review management process.Secondly,this article uses the value chain analysis and fishbone diagram analysis for the problem of the sales quotation process,and uses the value chain analysis and the time trap method to analyze the order review process.Finally,from the priority of efficiency and performance management as a breakthrough,the solution was proposed through the ESIA method and the ECRS method,and the optimization effect was estimated after the implementation of the guarantee program.The purpose of this article is to solve the problem of low efficiency of business processes by combining scientific process analysis methods and management theories.By identifying sales business processes and changing operating modes,companies can quickly solve their own problems in sales business process management.This will enhance the company's operating efficiency,reduce internal consumption,and enhance its external competitiveness.
