Pepsi-cola company is a national multinational company with great influence.It has a rich corporate culture and a complete marketing system.Therefore,in the domestic and international marketing theory research has been basically formed.However,there is still a lack of theoretical research on Pepsi's marketing in Saudi Arabia.In order to comprehensively expand the sales market in Saudi Arabia and consolidate the position in Saudi Arabia's beverage market,it is necessary to deeply study the socio-cultural,political,economic and technological environment of Saudi Arabia,and find out the shortcomings and bottlenecks of Pepsi's marketing in Saudi Arabia.Combining with the social culture and marketing characteristics of Saudi Arabia,this paper proposes the marketing strategy suitable for PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia.Firstly,the political and economic environment of Saudi Arabia should be studied,and the development prospect of PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia should be analyzed in depth.Next to conduct the thorough research to the Saudi beverage market,through the Pepsi company in Saudi Arabia market structure,market generates,the main products,sales channels and promotion methods such as research,determine the Pepsi company in Saudi Arabia market marketing situation and development situation,found that Pepsi company in Saudi Arabia marketing problems and bottlenecks and short board.Then,the 4P marketing theory,STP theory and life cycle theory are used to analyze the marketing environment of PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia,and SWOT is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Pepsi in the marketing environment of Saudi Arabia.Then combined with the market characteristics and cultural characteristics of Saudi Arabia to Pepsi in Saudi Arabia marketing strategy optimization recommendations.Finally,on the basis of the Suggestions put forward,it is necessary to improve the guarantee measures of Pepsi's marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia and fully construct a set of marketing strategies in line with Pepsi's marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia.This can not only fill in the cross-cultural marketing strategy,but also lay the theoretical foundation for more multinational companies to conduct marketing in islamic countries.
