Research On Commercial Bank Of China Merger And Acquisition Performance Of Tekstilbank In Turkey

As the "One Belt And One Road" initiative becomes an important development initiative in China,the countries along the "One Belt And One Road" will also become important partners in China's economic and financial cooperation.The implementation of this initiative will certainly cause global economic growth to take a new look.Among them,Turkey is an important participant in the implementation of "One Belt And One Road" initiative,and the acquisition of Tekstilbank by industrial and commercial bank of China is of great strategic significance.Through the case study of the acquisition of Turkey's Tekstilbank by industrial and commercial bank of China(icbc)since 2014,this paper analyzes whether the m&a has been successful from the perspective of performance,and analyzes the lessons it can draw from,providing support for the subsequent overseas expansion and strategic planning of icbc.In addition,this case study provides some references for domestic commercial Banks to carry out m&a activities and promotes the continuous development of China's commercial Banks.In this paper,the paper is divided into six aspects for specific development.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the paper in terms of the research background,research ideas and methods,innovation and deficiency.The second part introduces the motivation theory and performance theory in the cross-border m&a of Banks.The third part is literature review,and the research progress of this issue is summarized from relevant domestic and foreign literatures.The fourth part is the analysis of m&a cases,which specifically introduces the background,motivation and process of m&a.The fifth part comprehensively analyzes the m&a performance through the combination of DEA method and financial index,and studies whether the m&a has achieved the expected increase in efficiency.The sixth part is divided into conclusions and recommendations.In general,it evaluates the m&a,analyzes its excellent experience and gives some policy recommendations.
