Factor Research On Angel Investment For Technological Start-Ups

Studying the factors influencing angel investment for technological start-ups,and giving suggestions on angel investment for technological start-ups,are in line with the situation of China,and also are a realistic requirement of optimizing angel investment system and promoting national strategy implementation.Firstly,through the analysis on the current situation of angel investment for technological start-ups in China,this paper illustrates the financing needs and difficulties of technological start-ups.Then,the feasibility analysis on the financing channels of XM Co.,Ltd.in the case highlights important values that angel investment brings to technological start-ups.Finally,the analysis on factors that influence the angel investment for XM Co.,Ltd.,in aspects of start-up team,technological products,operation mode and industrial market,demonstrates the important role that government guidance plays in angel investment for technological start-ups,and summarizes the advantages of these factors that could enlight the angel investment for technological start-ups in China.The case of XM Co.,Ltd.is a typical successful representative of angel investment for technological start-ups.Through the innovation on selection of case,perspective of angel investment aiming technological start-ups,and consideration of all aspects in angel investment system,combining with the national conditions and case enlightenments,this paper finally makes practical and innovative suggestions on angel investment for technological start-ups from three aspects: government,technological start-ups,and angel investment institutions.
