Research On Optimization Design Of JY Company's Comprehensive Risk Management System

In 2018,the ZTE was sanctioned by the United States.This incident has exposed some companies' current low level of risk management,and it is difficult to cope well with the current complex world environment,which may infringe corporate interests.China and the United States are two superpowers in the world,and they have a great influence on each other.Therefore,the study of enterprise risk management in the United States may have certain reference significance for the optimization of enterprise risk management in China.JY is a subsidiary of Group C.C Group is undergoing transformation,so it has put forward higher requirements for JY company.JY's current risk management system is imperfect,and a comprehensive and comprehensive risk management system is urgently needed.In order to solve the practical problems,this paper chooses the US COSO2017 version framework as the guiding framework,analyzes the current system of JY company to find out the problem,and then from JY corporate governance and JY company culture,JY company risk management and strategy unified degree,JY company The risk assessment system,JY implementation,and information reporting are optimized to achieve a comprehensive risk management system.After that,I envisage the problems that may be encountered during the implementation of the system,formulate corresponding solutions,and anticipate the possible effects of the optimized risk management system.Finally,it is concluded that comprehensive risk management is an indispensable means.When establishing a system,it should be considered in combination with the company's situation and cannot be treated independently.To grasp the overall situation from the perspective of overall planning,we must pay attention to the role of culture,strive to participate in the whole process,and continuously improve the supervision process.The innovation of this paper is to select the framework that was just released in 2017 and apply it to solve practical problems.I hope to provide some reference and help for JY company and the same type of enterprises in comprehensive risk management.
