Research On The Integration Effect Of Power Battery Industry Value Chain

The release of the "Made in China 2025 Plan" has brought China's manufacturing reforms to an important level.China's manufacturing industry is also facing the pressure of German Industry 4.0,so more and more manufacturing industries need to achieve transformation through value chain integration.In the new international competition environment,the competition between enterprises has surpassed the stage of technology,quality and other factors to enter the competition of enterprise value chain.Research shows that the effect of value chain integration has an increasingly obvious impact on the business benefits of enterprises.Enterprises regard cost control as the focus of value management,and naturally pay attention to the value creation activities of enterprises.This paper uses Porter's value theory and transaction cost theory,scale economy theory,through the combing of the upstream and downstream integration mode of the CATL value chain,and analyzes the integration effect from the vertical and horizontal economies of scale,and derives the power battery industry value chain.Integration mode.According to the value chain integration model of Ningde era and the analysis of economic effects after integration,the problems that need to be paid attention to and the main risks are put forward.The research results of this paper have certain theoretical significance and practical value for enriching the value chain integration theory of power battery manufacturing enterprises and how other enterprises in the same industry carry out value chain integration activities.
