With the continuous development of our economy and society, and the rising income levels, the awareness of personal financial management is growing. A lot of wealth management products, just as insurance, funds, bonds and so on, are accepted by ordinary people. Accordingly, the growth of commercial bank profit from the spread income more and more inclined to the intermediary business revenue, financial services are the new profit growth point for commercial banks. However, at present, the marketing of financial products has just started. There are many deficiencies in specific Work. The customer behavior and demand preferences are not fully understand, the product homogeneity serious, and the quality of financial managers needs to improve. Therefore, how to strengthen and extend the financial management and product marketing, to enhance the operational capacity of the middle, to win in the same competition, is the urgent issues for commercial banks need to address. Based on the regional economic development the characteristics of Zaozhuang, this paper focuses on the financial status of organization and management of product marketing for the Bank of China Zaozhuang branch, proposed a specific financial product marketing strategy which includes clear-cut the target customers and markets, innovate the product and service, improve the personal financial services and focus on the customer relationship maintenance. The study of strategy on banking product marketing for the bank of china zao zhuang branch, To promote the development of banking product marketing for the bank of China Zaozhuang branch,and to provide reference for the other medium and small cities whose banking product marketing have the similar characteristics.
