Real estate enterprises have always played an important role in the rapid development of China's economy.Real estate enterprises are in the transition period of market resource allocation.A large number of weak real estate enterprises have closed down,bankruptcy and restructuring,how to stand out in the fierce market competition,and realize the enterprise's Sustained development requires real estate managers to place human resources management in an important position in the company's development strategy and to continuously deepen their understanding of employee performance appraisal.This paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and quantitative analysis method when studying the performance appraisal system of Jinri Real Estate Co.,Ltd.The main research ideas and research contents include: First,clear the research background and research significance,and sort out the domestic and international research results;To clarify the concepts,principles,meanings and methods of performance appraisal,and lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up research;again,through the investigation of the status quo of the company's employee performance appraisal system,analyze the existing problems and causes;then,from clear performance appraisal projects,Determine the performance appraisal indicators and weights of middle managers and ordinary employees,the grade division and application of appraisal results,feedback and appraisal of appraisal results,improve the design of the performance appraisal system of Jiri Real Estate Co.,Ltd.;In terms of organizational operation guarantee and system construction guarantee,the safeguard measures for the effective implementation of the performance appraisal system of Jinri Real Estate Co.,Ltd.were formulated.The research results have guiding significance for improving the performance appraisal system of Jinri Real Estate Company and improving the human resource management level of the company.It has reference value for the construction and improvement of the performance appraisal system of other companies in the same industry.
