In recent years,with rapid economic development in China,the human-oriented concept has become the trend of time in the era of the market economy.Vigorous economic development brings more opportunities and chances,which are not only survival opportunities and motivations,but also warnings and stress for companies.Employees are one of the essential elements on which the companies' survival and development are depended.Against fierce competition of the market economy,employees have more diversified choices for their own development,as well as clearer appeals and expectations for requirements on companies.This will cause increasingly fierce competition for talents among companies,and brain drain will,to a large extent,exert a negative influence on the long-term development of companies,weaken the competitiveness of enterprises.Consequently,companies constantly invest large amounts of financial costs,manpower and material resources into human resource management.However,as current staff is faced with growing amounts of competitive temptations from positions in the industry,companies are still forced to face the phenomena of declining employee loyalty and frequent employee turnover.Based on the existing theoretical achievements,Beiyi Company is taken as the research object for human resource management herein.As a real estate development company,Beiyi is confronted with problems including relatively dispersed project departments,widespread personnel,difficult management,which lead to the failure of the enterprise to timely discover the intention of employees to leave the company,thus missing the initial ideological intervention,and delayed countermeasures,which ultimately directly leads to staff turnover.With the research method of combining theories with practices,influencing factors of declined employee loyalty in Beiyi Company are analyzed,and countermeasures to improve employee loyalty are concluded through analysis and verification.The connotation of employee loyalty and its significance upon company development are explored first from the research background and theoretical basis at home and abroad,to provide theoretical basis for thefollowing research on the employee loyalty of Beiyi Company.Through questionnaire and interviews,problems and the current status of employee loyalty in Beiyi Company are counted and analyzed.In addition,influencing factors of declined employee loyalty in Beiyi Company are interpreted.On this basis,the targeted countermeasures and solutions to improve employee loyalty in the company are put forward systematically from perspectives of company culture,promotion mechanism,training system and remuneration based on related theories,so as to provide references and suggestions for the company's improvement of human resource management system and sustainable development in the future,in the hope of providing advice for related and similar industries and companies through case study.
