Promoting the reform of mixed ownership is an important strategic measure to cultivate the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,and it is a difficult and complex system engineering.For employees of state-owned enterprises,the reform of mixed ownership may have an impact on their work content,working relationship,working conditions and remuneration,which may lead to changes in employee satisfaction.Therefore,the study of employee satisfaction based on mixed change is of great value.In this paper,Jiangxi Transportation Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi Transportation Engineering)as an example,was taken as the object to conduct employee satisfaction research and analysis with research methods,such as literature reference,interview,questionnaire and quantitative analysis,etc.,by drawing on the research experience and results of the industry.Based on the further research on employee satisfaction and documents related to the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,the questionnaire suitable for ten basic information and five dimensions of employee satisfaction in enterprises was designed for the actual situation of Jiangxi Transportation Engineering.In order to reflect the employee satisfaction in Jiangxi Transportation Engineering fully and truly,the obtained data was researched and analyzed one by one from the reliability,validity and dimension variable description by using the SPSS21.0 statistical software,thus analyzing the problems and reasons of the employee satisfaction in Jiangxi Transportation Engineering.According to the analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions that affect the factors of employee satisfaction in Jiangxi Transportation Engineering were explored and solved to improve the employee satisfaction of Jiangxi Transportation Engineering under the background on mixed reform.The research results are as follows.Firstly,the overall employee satisfaction in Jiangxi Transportation Engineering is slightly above the medium level.The employees are the most satisfied with their work contents and the least satisfied with the policy of mixed reform.Secondly,from the analysis of demographic differences,there is no significant difference in overall satisfaction between the employees of different genders and marriage statuses,but there are differences of different degrees in other variables of employee satisfaction.Thirdly,from the five dimensional variables,it is analyzed that the degree of employee satisfaction in Jiangxi Transportation Engineering is work contents>working conditions> work relationship> work salary> mixed reform policy.Based on the quantitative analysis of employee satisfaction,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employee satisfaction of Jiangxi handover workers.First,improve the building system for prospering enterprise through talents;Second,improve the incentive assessment and evaluation system;Third,improve the information construction;Fourth,improve the work of establishing system;Fifth,improve the mechanism of strengthening enterprise through mixed reform.
