In China's inclusive financial system,traditional financial service providers,especially the banking industry,hold an absolute dominant position.In recent years,under national policies guide,the ability and desire have been greatly enhanced by banks to serve small and micro enterprises.The policy of inclusive finance can promote product innovation of traditional commercial banks.Internet finance has changed banker's minds,and fintech can help traditional commercial banks launch their new products.In this context,A bank's micro loan product was launched to meet the financing needs of small and micro enterprises.But the new product and processes can bring new risks that we must study and find new methods to control.The purpose of this paper is to trigger the thinking on how to control real-time risk online.Through the analysis of product customer data to find out whether data characteristics exist.This is the first step to finding out the selection criteria for customers with high overdue risk.This paper starts from literature research,and studies the technical background,network financing business of small and micro enterprises and customer identification.And then takes the loan products of Mybank as a case study to summarize its 8 characteristics different from A bank's micro loan product.After that,the two bank products are compared to discover the problems in A bank product's application,lending and post-lending periods.Next,the data characteristics of overdue customers are obtained by studying the data and data comparative analysis.Practical applications are proposed.At the end of this paper are recommendations related to previous analysis.Through a detailed study of this product in the form of a paper,the conclusion that the bank should identify the customer value,subdivide the relationship according to the customer value,and implement different marketing strategies and pricing for different relationships are firstly found.Secondly,the data characteristics of overdue customers are obtained to add to the scoring system.The score is used to reflect the risk of customer.Finally,further research on whether the A bank product can adopt the management of real-time lending quota and a deduction for the difference between the lending quota and the principal and interest of the loan will be required.Customers are an important resource for the bank,but not all customers are valuable.The ability to identify customers can enhance the ability to control risk.Furthermore,customer operation and data are instantaneous,so banks' risk monitoring should also be instantaneous.It is expected that more research can assist traditional commercial banks to realize online risk control in products and processes.
