Research On Working Capital Management Of Listed Companies In Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Whether modern enterprises can survive in today's highly competitive environment,the management of working capital plays an important role.As the core of corporate financial management,enterprises must have appropriate working capital in order to maintain normal operation,and the financing of funds and the use of funds become an important part of the enterprise.In recent years,as more and more experts and scholars have realized the importance of working capital management,research on working capital has become more and more abundant.Usually a finance director spends 60% of his time on the management of working capital,and its importance can be imagined.As the cornerstone of the national economy,manufacturing plays an important role in promoting the national economy.It is the foundation of a strong country.The transportation equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry.This paper applies the relevant theory of working capital to the industry,and uses the traditional working capital theory and channel theory to conduct an overall analysis of the enterprises in the industry.Based on the analysis of working capital performance of the industry,this paper analyzes the current problems and the influencing factors of working capital from the channel perspective.Taking Z Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Z company)as a case,the analyse also starts from the financial data in recent years,and then combined with the daily operation of Z enterprise,this paper will analyse on Z company's working capital management and compares it with the average industry.Combined with its strategies and measures for fund management,it finds its advantages in the three major channels and finds several points to improvement.Finally,combined with the case analysis of Z enterprises,put forward the proposal of the management of working capital of transportation equipment manufacturing industry in China.The procurement channel should strengthen the diversity of supplier selection and strengthen the maintenance of relationship with suppliers,strengthen the credit management of enterprises and strengthen their own Inventory management.Production channels should increase the intensity of technological innovation research and development,continuously optimize and improve production plans,innovate production methods,and strengthen enterprise cost control accounting.The sales channel should strengthen the management of accounts receivable,improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,establish an efficient logistics system,improve the utilization level of advance receipts,and strengthen customer relationship management.Moreover,companies should pay attention to the internal and external environment,strengthen the management's attention on working capital management,and increase the sensitivity to changes in the external environment.It is proposed to provide a reference for the management of working capital of China's transportation equipment manufacturing industry through the research of this paper.Finally,this paper also presents the shortcomings of the article and the prospects for the future.
