Research On The Impact Of Dual Innovation On Enterprise Transformation

Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up,enterprises from all walks of life have gradually entered a period of transformation and adjustment.With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,high-tech companies have undergone transformation.According to the incomplete statistics announced by listed companies,from 1999 to 2018,the number of enterprises in transition in technology-intensive industries has increased by a hundred times.From 2014,it has entered a boom of transformation.In order to further explore the relationship between dual-element innovation and transformation,this paper takes the technology-intensive enterprises completed in 2010-2017 as the research object,and explores the relationship between dual-element innovation,transformation performance and organizational redundancy.The regulation of unabsorbed redundancy and absorbed redundancy.The paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Exploratory innovation has no impact on short-term transformation performance;(2)Exploratory innovation has positive relationship with long-term transformation performance;(3)Utilization innovation has positive relationship with short-term transformation performance;(4)Utilization Innovation is positively related to long-term transformation performance;(5)Unabsorbed redundancy has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between exploratory innovation and long-term transformation performance;(6)Unabsorbed redundancy on utilization innovation and long-term transformation performance of enterprises The relationship has a negative adjustment effect;(7)The absorbed redundancy has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between the exploratory innovation and the short-term transformation performance of the enterprise;(8)The relationship between the absorbed redundancy and the long-term transformation performance of the enterprise Positive adjustment.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the company puts forward relevant suggestions and discusses the research shortcomings and prospects.
