In recent years,with the rapid development of Hangzhou's economy,especially the victory of the G20 summit in Hangzhou,the tourism commission of Hangzhou has grasped the important opportunity of "post-summit and pre-Asian Games",closely focusing on the goal integrate tourism into the overall layout of urban development in Hangzhou,so that tourism supply is richer,tourism quality and efficiency gradually improve.Banshan,an industrial town located in the north block of gongshu district in Hangzhou,is a relatively concentrated block of suburban integration and heavy industry,compared with other areas in Hangzhou,the urban function is relatively single,the regional supporting facilities are relatively weak,so that the quality of local people's life is not high and the development of the tourism is stagnant.Since 2015,with the relocation and closure of large heavy industrial units such as the Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group and the Banshan Power Plants,the increasing influence of Hangzhou Banshan National Forest Park and the rapid development of Tianziling Venous Industry Town of Hangzhou Environment Group,the industrialization is slowly withdrawing from the historical stage of Banshan and tourism has begun to flourish in this area.Under the background that Hangzhou has launched an all-for-one tourism development strategy in accordance with the development goal of "tourism internationalization" proposed in the 13 th five-year plan,Banshan,a traditional industry town in people's view,will try to complete a transformation to tourism in this opportunity.This is meaningful to improve the ecological environment of Hangzhou northern area,strengthen the regional competitiveness and enhance the life quality of the local people in Banshan.Based on the related literature,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the tourism transformation of Banshan Industry Town by using questionnaire survey and other research methods and some field investigations of Banshan area.This paper defines the connotation of several concepts,such as industrial tourism,sustainable development theory,all-for-one tourism and sustainable development of tourism in Banshan area.This article also studies the theoretical basis of relevant concepts and the development of tourism transformation in industrial towns at home and abroad.Taking Banshan area of Hangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the feasibility of tourism transformation in Banshanl Industrial Town under the background of all-for-one tourism.Through questionnaire investigation and on-the-spot investigation,it is found that the following problems exist in the development of tourism transformation in Banshan region: the ecological environment needs to be improved,the folk culture mining is not deeply inherited and broken,and the infrastructure is not perfect enough to develop products.The lack of regional integration traffic accessibility needs to be improved,the lack of industrial integration space linkage is not obvious,and so on.At the same time,the paper puts forward the development strategies and countermeasures for the sustainable development of tourism in Banshanl area.Reduce environmental pressure by protecting regional ecology develop folk culture,inherit and protect historical context,perfect infrastructure and optimize tourism consumption and service experience,expand regional integration and expand development space,strengthen propaganda and establish brand effect,and so on.So that the Banshan area tourism has been transformed and developed.This paper discusses the transformation and development of tourism in Banshan Industrial Town,hoping to contribute to the development of tourism in Banshan area of Hangzhou,and to provide some references for the development of tourism in Banshan area.
