With the rapid development of Internet technology and the wide application of e-commerce,the new Internet industry has entered a process of rapid development.The online meal ordering service has emerged.With the aid of the Internet,traditional catering services have completed change from offline to online.However,With the booming development of Internet + catering,there are more and more problems in ordering online food that do not meet the requirements of food safety standards.There are frequent occurrences safety problems,including unregulated production and operation of online ordering services,failure to meet food distribution requirements,and inadequate food safety supervision.It is necessary to carry out research on the food safety supervision of online food ordering.Above all,this paper takes the students of colleges and universities as the survey object,and based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey about food safety supervision of the Internet in this group,combining domestic and international research situations,using the basic theories of market management to analyze the food ordered by the Internet.The problems which existed in the security and the reasons for their formation are aimed at finding out the insufficiency in the food safety supervision of foods ordered on the Internet,and addressing the problems identified together with the reasons for the formation of effective regulatory approaches to solve the food safety issues of online ordering.There are five chapters in this thesis.From the literature review,the research paper focused on the Internet ordering and its food safety supervision and development process,investigation and analysis of the status of online food safety and supervision,improve the food safety supervision and regulation of online ordering,and conclusion and outlook to discussed the food safety of online food ordering and the food safety supervision of online meal orders.It proposed to establish a “three-unified” system containing unified procurement,unified distribution,and unified storage of food raw materials in ordering food online,and improve the trace ability system for food ingredients.It is proposed that third-party network operators can collaborate with network operators with electronic map functions to establish electronic distribution maps for food production and operation service providers on their own network operation platforms.According to the location of the operating entity of the food-producing food producer and operator of the Internet,and the quantification and classification results of the operating environment and food safety supervision departments,the different levels of the credit rating should be used to label the food in order to enhance the self-regulation of the food production and business operators.These measures could provide effective resources for regulatory authorities and network platforms to carry out food safety supervision.
