With the popularization of information technology,the development of Internet economy has become one of the important trends of social and economic development.Because of its convenience and fashion,Internet catering service based on "internet + mode" caters to the modern fast-paced life and consumption mode,and gradually becomes the choice of daily consumption of the people.However,as a new way of catering service,the traditional way of food safety supervision can not quickly adapt to this change.Food safety problems occur frequently,such as small workshops without family qualification,imperfect access qualification review mechanism,unsatisfactory environmental hygiene in back kitchen,uncontrollable health status of employees,lack of technical guarantee in distribution process,and difficult to obtain evidence in consumer rights protection.Lack of supervision in each link of online catering service will lead to food safety problems.The occurrence of this problem not only endangers the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but also restricts the standardized development of online catering services.This paper focuses on the challenges faced by food safety in online catering services,the mode of food safety supervision,and how to adapt to the new situation of food safety supervision.Using information asymmetry theory,multi-center governance theory and public governance theory as the theoretical basis of this study,taking L city as a case study,this paper reveals the problems existing in the current situation of food safety supervision of online catering services in L city,and explores the reasons for its formation.The first chapter of the article is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter defines the related concepts of online catering service and food safety supervision.Chapter three analyses the current situation and existing problems of food safety supervision of online catering service in L city.Through the analysis,it is found that the legal construction and institutional construction of food safety supervision of online catering services in L city have been initially established,and some local characteristics have been formed,such as "double random" inspection,reform of commercial system,establishment of "intelligent supervision" system,etc.However,there are still some problems,such as the inconsistency of business entities,inadequate supervision of food packaging and distribution links,and so on.In the fourth chapter,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed.The newly promulgated laws and regulations can not be quickly popularized,too many supervision links,low performance ability of supervisors,lack of social supervision and so on.Chapter five,aiming at the above problems.Four suggestions are put forward according to the practice of supervision.We should improve the top-level design of "intelligent supervision",build an intelligent supervision standard system,build an integrated food management system for online catering services,and establish a social co-governance system for food safety supervision.
