In2008April, a new plan of telecom restructuring carried out. China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom began their new business in the Chinese communication market through the reorganization. China Telecom began its full service by purchasing the CDMA network. China Mobil and China Unicom also followed this trend by the merger of the other telecom companies. Through these operations, the three major companies began their new competition in the main business. China Telecom, the latest mobile business operators, paid more attention to the development of mobile business and carried out a large-scale expansion in the mobile service. Because of the special nature of the campus market, A company has also paid more attention and taken some marketing methods to expand mobile market in the campus. A company has been eager to win as many customers as possible to hold the leading position in the market and gain the greatest market share.Firstly, the author simply introduced the status of the market in the campus and obtained the evaluation of three companies in order to understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses. According to the present situation and A company’s recent business the author offered a proposal for the follow-up research. Secondly, through the analysis of competition environment and SWOT method, the author researched the faced opportunities and challenges of A company. According to the existing and future products based on mobile Internet of A company and the analysis of the students’needs, the author carried out the research on market segmentation and the marketing strategy in the university campus. Through the investigation and study, the author wanted to summarize the characteristics of the campus mobile business for the purpose of looking for a shortcut to the growth in income by the usage of the mobile applications.
