Since 2000,China's real estate industry has been developing vigorously.Housing has entered the era of commercial housing from the era of distribution and lease.In the 1990 s,building materials enterprises did not develop scale due to small market scale,insufficient demand and lack of government policy guidance.Later,with policy support and market cluster benefits,a number of building materials enterprises rose rapidly.Most enterprises did not establish a standardized salary management system,which caused a series of problems such as brain drain,management disorder and poor management in the later stage.How to allocate the salary reasonably,can mobilize the staff to work the enthusiasm already,reduce the old and new employee conflict,assure reasonable profit is a serious problem that our city private building material enterprise faces.Based on small and medium-sized private building materials sales enterprise M company compensation management problems in the actual samples,combined with the comprehensive compensation theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,equity theory,Shared economic theory and so on the basis of existing research,investigation and study of M company by field visits salary distribution system development,in-depth analysis of the problems of compensation change,trying to local small and medium-sized private enterprises is represented by M company provide compensation optimization solution,in order to provide human resources support for the company's long-term strategic development.
