In today’s society, increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. In order to stand out in the competition, enterprises must be possible to mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees and motivate employees to contribute to the enterprise, and the most effective method is to establish a fair and reasonable salary system.In this paper, to the actual situation of the Ya’an Jian’an mechanical plant as a precondition for the the Ya’an the Jian’an mechanical factory in compensation management, unreasonable, the main problem of the lack of fairness job evaluation, focusing on the specific methods of operation of the enterprise job evaluation andcorporate salary structure design. First, according to the plant’s stage of development, compensation strategy formulation plant; Then, through job analysis and job evaluation redrawing functional level, determine the post salary; once again, pay survey to understand employees current salary satisfaction indeed do "to people-oriented"; piecework wages, job performance wages, bonuses and other remuneration constitutes the design, so the employee’s salary and mechanical plant’s effectiveness and individual performance linked to improve employees’ working actively sexual; through the pilot after the amendment, so that remuneration packages in the implementation process has been refined.
