| In today's era of knowledge economy development,the market environment is complex and changeable,and the competition in the industry is increasingly fierce.If enterprises want to have their own foothold,they must change the mode of economic development,acquire the ability of knowledge resources,and gradually transition to a knowledge-based society.In this process,innovation is undoubtedly the key value drive for enterprises to form competitive advantages.President Xi Jinping stressed in his 19 th report that innovation is a strong driving force for national development and a source of strength for enterprises to make breakthroughs.In essence,innovation is the re-use and re-creation of the enterprise's own knowledge and resources.It is against this background that the importance of intellectual capital becomes increasingly prominent.Good intellectual capital management can not only promote enterprises to break the inherent mode and realize industrial upgrading,but also help enterprises to integrate resources,realize strategic changes in a super-competitive environment,form unique technological advantages and stabilize the market position of the industry.In recent years,with the strong support of national policies,high-tech enterprises have developed vigorously and have made important contributions in optimizing and upgrading industries,increasing social employment,promoting economic development and stabilizing GDP growth,thus it attracts extensive attention from academia and entrepreneurs.High-tech enterprises are characterized by high technology,high capital and high intelligence.They are an industry with relatively concentrated intellectual capital.The level of intellectual capital has an important impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.Especially in a dynamic and changeable complex environment,enterprises have a high level of intellectual capital,which can help enterprises adapt to environmental changes,integrate existing resources in the changes of the times,and improve the ability of technological innovation.Therefore,on the basis of resource-based theory,dynamic capability theory,technological innovation theory and core competitiveness theory,this paper selects intellectual capital as independent variable index,and sets up three dimensions of human capital,structural capital and relational capital.At the same time,considering the dynamic and changeable social environment,this paper introduces dynamic capability as intermediary variable index,and tries to study the influence of intellectual capital on enterprise innovation performance from a new perspective of dynamic capability,providing reference for the healthy development of high-tech enterprises.The research content of this article mainly focuses on four aspects: the impact of intellectual capital on enterprise innovation performance,the impact of intellectual capital on dynamic capability,the impact of dynamic capability on enterprise innovation performance and the intermediary effect of dynamic capability.Based on the "Industrial Classification Results of Listed Companies" issued by the CSRC in the first quarter of 2018 and the list of high-tech listed companies identified from 2014 to 2018,this paper selects the most representative pharmaceutical manufacturing,scientific research and technology services,information transmission,software and information technology services among high-tech enterprises as the research objects,identifies 288 sample enterprises,then selects its panel data for a total of three years from 2015 to 2017,removes incomplete data and missing data,finally identifies 857 sample data groups,and further discusses the impact of intellectual capital on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of dynamic capability.Through literature research and SPSS 24.0 empirical analysis,it is found that:(1)Human capital and structural capital have significant positive effects on enterprise innovation performance,while relational capital has a correlation with enterprise innovation performance,but relational capital has no significant effect on enterprise innovation performance;(2)In terms of intellectual capital and dynamic capability,human capital has a positive impact on resource integration capability,environmental adaptability capability and technological innovation capability,but has no significant impact on technological innovation capability;Structural capital has a positive and significant impact on resource integration and technological innovation,but has no significant impact on environmental adaptability.Relational capital has a significant positive impact on the ability of resource integration and environmental adaptability,and has a negative impact on the ability of technological innovation,but the negative impact result is not significant.(3)Dynamic capability has a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance.Among them,resource integration ability,environmental adaptability and technological innovation ability have significant positive effects on enterprise innovation performance.(4)Each dimension of dynamic capability has a partial mediating effect between intellectual capital and enterprise innovation performance.Among them,the ability of resource integration plays an intermediary role between all dimensions of intellectual capital and enterprise innovation performance,while the ability of environmental adaptation and technological innovation do not play an intermediary role between relational capital and enterprise innovation performance.Finally,through the research conclusions drawn in this paper,from the perspective of attaching importance to intellectual capital and strengthening the enterprise's resources integration ability,environmental adaptability and technological innovation ability,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of enterprise's intellectual capital platform management and innovation performance,hoping to help high-tech enterprises to improve the level of intellectual capital and realize the sustainable development of enterprises. |
