X Bank was founded in 2006 and completed its mixed-ownership reform at the end of 2018.In 2013,the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee further proposed the important resolution of "actively developing the mixed ownership economy".The reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises has been advancing step by step.Since 2016,China has established a sound system of policies and programs.By the end of 2016,mixed ownership accounted for more than half of all central enterprises and more than half of all provincial-level mixed ownership enterprises.Driven by the new economic system and new policies,the state-owned commercial Banks have also begun to explore and practice the reform of mixed ownership.X bank of kunming branch X bank business in yunnan province is the largest branch level different agencies,mixed ownership reform after X bank puts forward higher requirements on the operating performance,performance index of the kunming branch are taking more pressure,the original department and branch level already cannot satisfy performance appraisal system and promote the bank of X,kunming improved performance requirements.Based on the mixed ownership reform as the background,management department and branch of X bank of kunming branch performance appraisal status quo as the research object,supported by performance evaluation related theory,using the method of literature research,interviews,brainstorming method and case method to mix changes under the background of X bank of kunming branch departments and branch level adjustment of performance evaluation system research.On the basis of the relevant systems and literatures,in this paper,the mix of China's banking industry situation was analyzed,and the bank of X kunming branch of the existing performance evaluation system has carried on the research and analysis,found that the existing performance evaluation system of performance objectives is not reasonable,weight problems such as unreasonable design,combined with X bank mixed ownership reform challenges of this background,to solve these problems,to better improve operating performance of X bank of kunming branch,using the method of key performance indicators(kpis)of X bank of kunming branch departments and branch performance evaluation system to carry on the adjustment design,put forward the adjustment scheme,It also provided feasible Suggestions for the incentive plan of kunming branch and sub-branch of bank X.
