With the rapid development of information technology, information industry has become an important driving force of China's economic and social development,as well as a strategic and leading pillar industry in China. At present, the world is at the beginning of the development of digital economy with information technology as the core.Accelerating the innovation breakthrough and integrated application of the new generation of information technology is an important strategic deployment to promote the development of China's digital economy.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China, government plans such as "broadband China","Internet plus" and "big data development" have been clarified, and a blueprint for the development of information-related industries in the coming decade has been drawn up.The information industry is faced with unprecedented development opportunities, and influences the regional economic development through spatial connection, agglomeration and diffusion and phased emphasis. On the basis of systematic research on the concept, measurement and spatial effect of information industry at home and abroad. This paper is based on the relevant data of 140 cities along "One Belt And One Road" from 2005 to 2016.The comprehensive index evaluation system of information industry has been established. The comprehensive level of information industry is measured objectively by entropy value method, and the overall spatial difference characteristics and change trend are analyzed.Secondly, the modified gravity model, spatial correlation index and centrality index are used to discuss the spatial relationship and pattern evolution characteristics of the information industry.Combined with Arcgis software, the hierarchical structure of information industry space is analyzed in detail. Finally,Matlab software is used to build a space panel model, and the driving mechanism of information industry development is explored from a multidimensional perspective. To provide policy Suggestions for the development of information industry in relevant areas. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)"One Belt And One Road" along the city information industry development level increased year by year. The overall situation is the change of the core structure, from the early pearl river delta,Yangtze river delta and Chongqing Municipality as the "three core" cluster area, gradually to the "core removal" complex multi-level network structure evolution. There are obvious regional differences in the development of information industry. The development of information industry in key provincial cities is better than that of non-key cities, the development of the eastern region is better than that of the central and western regions, and the development of the maritime silk road region is better than that of the regions along the silk road.It presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "high in the east and low in the west".(2)The spatial connection degree of information industry in cities along the "One Belt And One Road" line has been improved. The spatial connection strength of each region is obviously different. The spatial connection intensity and complexity of information industry in Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta are much higher than other regions. The overall structure has gradually developed from the simple prototype of the Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta as the radiation center to the complex network structure of the Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta, the central region and the northeast region.Shanghai has always been the core hub of spatial connection of the information industry, which plays an important role in connection and transit.Hangzhou city,Guangzhou city,Shenzhen city,xi 'an city and other cities have increased the intermediary role, gradually become the Yangtze river delta, pearl river delta, the central region of the important "gateway node".(3)Factors of labor, government guidance, education level and spatial connection have significant positive effects on the development of information industry. The spatial connection has the most direct and remarkable promotion function to the information industry development. The information industry has a significant spatial spillover effect. The information industry in this region and the surrounding areas coordinate to form a benign common development circle.Different regions have different driving factors.Capital factors, labor factors, technological progress, government guidance, education level and spatial connections all play a certain role in promoting the development of the information industry. The driving factors also have some influence on the surrounding areas through the spatial spillover effect.(4)This paper puts forward that in the process of the development of regional information industry, regional spatial relations should be strengthened and industrial layout structure should be optimized;Enhance the level of regional innovation, improve the talent training system;Deepen government coordination and rationally allocate resource elements;Attach importance to the construction of infrastructure, build a green industrial model and other policy Suggestions.
