Research On Information Sharing And Coordination Of Food Supply Chain Under The Construction Of Traceability System

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the issue of food safety is a focus of public concern in China.Every link in the food supply chain is critical,and any problems in any link will lead to food safety incidents.Generally speaking,the serious asymmetry in the food quality information of enterprises and consumers in the food supply chain is the main reason for the frequent occurrence of food safety problems in China.Therefore,how to promote the coordination and cooperation of related enterprises in the food supply chain to share the traceability information,improve the overall operation level of the food supply chain,and ensure the traceability of food quality information are currently urgently needed social problems.The relevant research contents and main results are summarized below.(1)Based on field investigations,analyze the current status of traceable development of the food industry by investigating the quality and safety of food in the market in Hangzhou and related information,and explore the key constraints and major problems that affect the traceable development of the food supply chain.(2)Based on the system thought,the information coordination model of food supply chain is constructed.The main body of information coordination,the content of information coordination,the level of information coordination,the information coordination environment,and the information coordination technology were analyzed.From a systematic perspective,consider how to achieve the overall optimization of the food supply chain and give play to its overall functionality.(3)The game theory method is used to analyze the traceable subjects in the food supply chain,and it is concluded that the government needs to strengthen the monitoring of the security construction of the food supply chain and improve the subsidy mechanism.Enterprises can strengthen consumers to improve traceability through enhanced publicity.Conclusions such as product willingness to pay;by studying information sharing issues between core and upstream companies,it is concluded that the government can give priority to core leading companies to participate in traceable construction in food traceability construction,providing a theoretical basis for the construction of the food system.(4)In order to promote communication and collaboration among enterprises in the food supply chain and strengthen information sharing,an information coordination mechanism based on contractual cooperation has been established to promote better sharing of traceability information among enterprises.(5)Finally,build a food traceability information coordination platform with a large-scale agricultural supercenter as the core,establish a system management subsystem and a food safety traceability management sub-platform to promote the coordination of information among food supply chain enterprises,and realize the interconnection and interconnection of enterprise traceability information data.Satisfy consumer's query request for food traceability information.
