With the development of economic integration,the economic battle for markets is increasing fierce,especially under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Moreover,the rapid rise of small and medium-sized enterprises has intensified the market competition.However,the core of current market competition is talents.Therefore,the number of brain drain will be increased unless a group of excellent talent is available and their ability to work is improved.At present,lots of enterprises are confronted with the loss of talents and the root cause of that is the low salary incentives,particularly for sales industry.So,the most urgent matter is to improve sales teams' effectiveness by satisfying sales staffs in pay and fully arousing sales personnel's enthusiasm.The sales industry obtains profits,survive and develop depending on personnel's sales performance.And sales staff is not only the direct person who contributes to enterprise profits,but also the bond between enterprises and customers.Generally speaking,enterprises need salesmen to exploit the market,but the turnover of staff is high.Therefore,the best way to enhance the competitiveness is to build a perfect sales personnel remuneration system and a highly qualified,competitive sales force.This paper,taking HS company for example,focuses on sales personnel's remuneration system and proposes some optimizations.Firstly,the paper expounds the research background and significance,research contents and methods,and research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper summarizes relevant concepts and describe the definition and function of salary,compensation system and it's composition.Thirdly,the author expounds theoretical bases,including expectation theory,two-factor theory and hierarchy of needs.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the salary system in HS company and some existing problems.Finally,the paper elaborates the company needs in the process of system optimization,include organization,system and cost security.This paper is expected to provide valuable suggestions for study in salary incentives,constantly to improve the salary system and better to promote the development of the enterprise by analyzing the salary system of sales personnel in HS company.
