W company,as a high-tech enterprise,talent is the key to enterprise development, and the problem is most concerned about is the talent that best reflect the remuneration of its value. W company,as a private enterprise, remuneration is the most powerful driving force within its internal staff, but also one of the most useful tools for corporate incentive employees. If the company does not have a good remuneration management system, it is absolutely impossible to gain a competitive advantage in human resources. W company’s compensation management plays an irreplaceable role in human resource management.This paper begins from the basic theory of remuneration, remuneration related theories to W company for the study, briefly describes the status of the company’s compensation system, through the presence of the company’s existing remuneration system to analyze and sort out the problem, elaborated W company the need for reform of the remuneration. On this basis, combined with W company’s organizational structure, staffing structure and the development of strategic objectives, in order to enhance the company’s competitiveness as the goal of human resources, the use of questionnaires and field research, through statistical analysis of survey data for the existing remuneration system problems reforms designed a set remuneration system, the remuneration system in the process of re-designing a comprehensive description of the job analysis, remuneration structure, performance appraisal and remuneration adjustments. And in order to ensure that the new remuneration system can be implemented smoothly, put forward the corresponding safeguards.As a high-tech private enterprises, the problem of W company that it is a common problem in other similar enterprises, through re-engineering study of the W’s remuneration system, has the reference significance for other high-tech enterprises.
