| Hainan Province is the frontier window of China’s reform and opening up.Hainan Island is an important tourism resource in China.Especially since the establishment of Hainan Province and Special Economic Zone in 1988,great achievements have been made in Hainan’s economic and social development,the development of tourism resources has been gradually promoted,the industrial structure is constantly improving and optimizing,and the construction of tourism infrastructure.Let’s speed up.In the past ten years,the central government has established the overall orientation of giving priority to the development of tourism in Hainan.In 2010,it put forward the goal of building Hainan International Tourism Island.On the 30 th anniversary of Hainan Province’s establishment in 2018,the central government proposed that the national ecological civilization pilot area and the international tourism consumption center should be regarded as Hainan’s free trade pilot area and free trade with Chinese characteristics.The important fulcrum of Yigang.Hainan’s 30-year development practice has proved that Hainan’s development achievements mainly depend on the leadership of the Party and the arduous struggle of the Hainan people.Similarly,the main body of the construction of the international tourism consumption center is still the local residents in Hainan.The key to measure the level of construction and success lies in the satisfaction and unhappiness of the local people in Hainan.The perception of residents is of great value to the construction and tourism development of consumer centers.To properly handle the relationship between tourists outside the island and the residents of the island,especially to properly solve the people’s livelihood problems such as the prices concerned by the residents of the island,is the key to the success of the construction of consumer centers.It is necessary to truly solve the problems of low income and high prices of urban and rural residents in Hainan.Highlighting contradictions and truly allowing the opening up policy to benefit the local people.Based on the theories of social exchange,stakeholders,literature and questionnaire,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the path of Hainan international tourism consumption construction from the perspective of residents’ perception.Through the research and analysis,the basic perception of the residents on the construction of the center is obtained,that is,the overall support in politics but insufficient understanding of the political significance,the great expectation in economy and higher requirements for economic benefits to the people,the basic satisfaction in environmental protection but stillrelatively worried about the environmental problems,the comprehensive recognition in social governance but still looking forward to the new model of social governance,the urgent cultural needs and culture Great attention should be paid to the construction.Based on the analysis of residents’ perception,this paper puts forward the optimization path of central construction,which is to enhance the political identity of local residents,promote the sharing of economic development achievements with local residents,coordinate economic development and ecological protection,and build a satisfactory cultural ecology for local residents. |
